  Basically it looks a bit like an old man pup but is always full to the brim with students, due to the cheap drink prices. You can get a bottle of wine for about a fiver.
  On the bottom end of eccy road so dead centeral to all the other bars and theres a taxi rank outside to get into town.
  Food is also cheap and tastes fine!

  The location of this place is good as it is right on Ecclesall Road in Sheffield, which means you have plenty of other bars and restaurants surrounding it, so you can make a night out of it on just this one road if you like.
  
  There is a heavy student contingent here as there is loads of student terraced houses off the main road and so this is one of their locals. That just helps create a good busy atmosphere however and helps the pub remain busy and lively.
  
  It is well set out inside and offers outdoor seating at the back and the front, which can be great to sit outside the front in the summer and watch the world pass by and people watch.
  
  Prices are reasonable, heaven help a student inhabited pub that doesn't price drinks well. Decoration is fine and there is the usual pub feel to this place making it well worth a visit with friends for a few drinks.

  Lovely pub on Ecclesall Road in the heart of the student community, but not soley a student pub.
  
  Theres a beer garden with seating front and rear, a car park and the pub serves good food and drinks at good prices.
  
  The staff are always polite and friendly and the pubs always clean.

  The Nursery Tavern is a large pub on Ecclesall Road, near the Hallam University Collegiate Crescent campus and it is very popular with students due to the cheap drinks.
  
  There is one large room with a big bar, a beer garden at the rear and a smoking area with seats at the front of the pub. There is a huge screen and a number of smaller tvs showing sport and there is a very loud jukebox.
  
  On the whole the Nursery is a typical studenty chain pub with a decent range of beers at a cheap price and an essential part of an Eccy Road pub crawl, but not somewhere where I'd want to stay all evening.

  Very cheap, couldn't believe a bottle of wine was only a fiver! Decor rather drab and toilets rather grubby but the prices make up for it!
